The aims of the DLGS are to prepare the next generation of transformative leaders in spatial sustainability sciences. It strives to foster the academic and professional skills required to meet the diverse challenges related to spatial change dynamics and the global human-ecological crisis.
Governance and Management
The governance structure of the DLGS ensures strategic orientation and interdisciplinary collaboration. It comprises a Management Board and an Advisory Board, a coordinator, as well as arrangements for supervision and mentoring.
Programme and Activities
The DLGS offers a programme including diverse formats for developing theoretical, methodological and practical knowledge, which includes compulsory and elective academic modules, as well as informal events.
